Navigate the Healthcare Journey
Healthcare logistics can be overwhelming, whether it's managing chronic conditions, rare diseases, or routine care. Patient advocates simplify the process, from deciphering medical jargon to coordinating care and arranging second opinions, helping you get the right support at every step.
Ensure Personalized
Compassionate Support
A patient advocate is your compassionate ally, focused on your unique needs and preferences. Independent of any healthcare institution, they offer unbiased guidance, from scheduling appointments to liaising with providers, while ensuring your voice is heard and your well-being prioritized.
Achieve Improved
Outcomes
Studies show that patients who work with advocates experience better outcomes. Advocates coordinate care, reduce errors, and keep you informed about your options, empowering you to make decisions aligned with your values and improve overall healthcare journey.
FAQs
An independent patient advocate is a professional who works for you—not for hospitals, insurance companies, or healthcare providers. Our role is to help you navigate the healthcare system by offering guidance, support, and resources, so you can make informed decisions about your care. We assist with understanding medical terms, preparing for appointments, managing complex care plans, and communicating effectively with doctors and healthcare teams. While we can accompany you to appointments and help coordinate care, we do NOT provide any medical advice or treatment. Our primary goal is to help you feel heard and supported as you manage your healthcare journey.
If you're feeling overwhelmed by managing your healthcare or caring for a loved one, a patient advocate can provide much-needed support. Whether it’s coordinating appointments, helping you understand medical information, or simply providing someone to talk to, we’re here to help take the stress out of navigating the healthcare system. If you’re juggling multiple appointments, struggling to communicate with doctors, or need help understanding treatment options, an advocate can help organize these logistics and give you peace of mind knowing that someone is working on your behalf.
We offer a free initial 20-minute consultation to briefly discuss your needs and determine if our services are a good fit for you. If you decide to move forward, we charge a flat fee for an in-depth consultation and action plan. After the consultation, our services are billed based on the time and complexity involved in your case. Fees are calculated on an hourly or retainer basis, and payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other electronic methods.
To get started, simply reach out for a free 20-minute consultation. During this call, we’ll briefly discuss your situation and determine if we’re the right fit for your needs. If you decide to proceed, we’ll schedule a more in-depth consultation where we’ll gather more details, develop an action plan, and provide a cost estimate for our services. From there, we’ll work together to help you or your loved one navigate the healthcare system with greater confidence and less stress.
