Janan Nasr is a seasoned lawyer with over 30 years of experience in banking, finance, healthcare, telecommunications, and energy law. Most recently, she served as Acting Group General Counsel at Mashreqbank, where she led the bank’s global legal strategy, overseeing complex cross-border transactions, high-stakes litigation, and corporate restructuring. In this executive role, Janan played a key part in shaping the bank’s global legal policies, managing risk, and driving operational efficiency through innovative legal practices and technology.

After a successful career in corporate law, Janan transitioned to patient advocacy, drawing on both her professional expertise and personal experiences navigating the healthcare system. Her passion for improving patient care, fueled by firsthand insights into the challenges patients face, led her to become a Board-Certified Patient Advocate (BCPA). She is now dedicated to helping patients and their families navigate complex healthcare environments, ensuring they receive the care, support, and guidance they need during critical times.
